As much organic as possible:
collard greens or romaine lettuce
mixed greens
cabbage
hummus
avocado or guacamole
sprouts
chick peas
cherry tomatoes
seeds
raisins

Optional:
vegan chicken
smoked tempeh


Instructions

1. Wash your greens and produce.
2. Spread hummus on the collard or romaine leaf.
3. Fill with your favorite toppings.
