Ingredients

Organic mixed greens
carrot shavings
celery
tri-colored quinoa
quinoa salads
three bean salad
mushrooms
peas
cabbage
sprouts
seeds


Instructions

1. Fill a container with all of your favorite toppings from the salad bar. Load them in rows so your can get each of the toppings by slicing across the bottom of the rows. (This way you can make multiple delicious salads from the one container.)
2. Place some of your greens in a bowl.
3. Spread your toppings.
4. Dress the salad with your favorite non dairy dressing.
5. For a heartier meal, add a veggie burger and guacamole on top.
