6 granny smith apples
10 carrots
2 lemons
3/4 cups of raw honey
3/4 cups of coconut
3/4 cups of raisins
3/4 cups of chopped pecans
3/4 cups of chopped dates.


1. Juice apples, carrots and lemons.
2. Take the pulp and add about a cup of juice back into the pulp.
3. Add raw honey, coconut, raisins, chopped pecans and chopped dates.
4. Form flat cookies.
5. Dehydrate them for about 20 hours at 110 degrees.
