Get Real Get Raw (GRGR) was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on December 7, 2009, and is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Although we believe it is likely GRGR will be determined tax-exempt by the IRS, we cannot guarantee this outcome.
If GRGR is determined to be tax-exempt, this determination will be retroactive back to the date of its incorporation. Should this occur, donations to GRGR after the date of its incorporation will be deductible for Federal income tax purposes, and GRGR will issue appropriate charitable gift receipts at that time.
